You'll coordinate schedules, documentation, and communications for aerospace and defense cable and harness programs in a regulated manufacturing environment. Your work directly supports customer-driven projects from NPI through production ramp-up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate schedules and communications across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
• Track timelines and deliverables to support on-time execution
• Maintain project and production documentation including drawings and compliance records
• Support new product introduction and production ramp-up activities

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of coordination or production support experience in manufacturing or technical environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace or defense regulated manufacturing
• Familiarity with cable assemblies or wire harnesses
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or Oracle
