Your work will enable product engineers to ship fast and safely in a regulated healthcare environment, directly scaling care delivery. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and own core platform services (auth, notifications, feature flags).
• Develop developer productivity tooling (CI/CD, preview environments, internal CLIs).
• Design and operate cloud infrastructure and deployment platform.
• Harden security and compliance posture in a HIPAA environment.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building production services or infrastructure at scale.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Go, or TypeScript.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, APIs, data modeling, and cloud primitives.
• Fluent with modern platform tooling such as Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes, and observability stacks.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience operating HIPAA / HITRUST / SOC 2 environments.
• Prior experience building an internal developer platform or shared services team.
• Data platform experience (warehouse, streaming, analytics engineering).
