Description

Lead fleet operations and vehicle platform readiness to support autonomous vehicle deployments. Manage a multi-layered team of supervisors and technicians, partner cross-functionally to drive safety, reliability, and scalability, and oversee key metrics and budget.

Requirements

• 7+ years in fleet, operations, service, or technical organizations leading managers/supervisors.
• Experience with vehicle systems, diagnostics, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strategic and execution-oriented with ability to translate priorities into plans.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration in complex environments.
• Data-driven problem solver with focus on operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead fleet operations across managers and field teams to ensure safe, reliable execution.
• Own fleet strategy, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Serve as senior escalation point for fleet and depot operations.
• Partner cross-functionally with hardware, software, autonomy, and operations teams.
• Drive performance against operational metrics like readiness, uptime, quality, and cost.
