Description
You will drive the growth of Agoda's non-hotel accommodations in Malaysia by sourcing new supply partners, optimizing existing relationships, and using data to uncover strategic opportunities. Your work ensures competitive rates and availability for customers while building a host community network.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant fields
- Fluency in English and local language (Malaysian)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, technology, or internet industries in B2B sales or partner-facing roles
- Proven track record as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Leverage analytical and problem-solving skills to drive supply health of assigned portfolio
- Grow business through targeted sourcing of new accommodation partners
- Optimize existing supply to match market demands and improve partner performance
- Build trusted relationships with decision makers and increase engagement with Agoda's programs
- Report weekly/monthly KPIs and key metrics internally
