💼 About This Role

You'll launch the first Finni Health practice in Canada as a founding practice owner, building your legacy with a business-in-a-box that handles admin and leads. You'll lead clinical care and scale your team with elite infrastructure support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Set clinical guidelines and conduct community outreach for Canadian operations
• Lead functional assessments, design intervention plans, and supervise RBTs
• Partner on Ontario billing, OAP requirements, and payor submissions
• Recruit, train, and mentor your own team of Behavior Technicians

📋 Requirements

• BCBA Certification (Required)
• Master's degree in ABA or related field
• Deep understanding of Ontario clinical landscape and OAP
• Proven track record of high-quality clinical care and parent satisfaction

• Experience with entrepreneurial ventures or starting a practice
