You'll design and build multi-level organization hierarchies for a leading marketing automation platform. Your work will directly support enterprise customers and global data residency compliance across distributed systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end from design to rollout and observability
• Build and evolve the organization hierarchy platform APIs and data models
• Contribute to organization-level policy infrastructure for account capabilities
• Support Data Residency and compliance initiatives with organization-aware primitives

📋 Requirements

• 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong data modeling and API design skills
• Experience building and operating backend services in production
• Comfortable with Go, Python, and React

• Experience with distributed systems
• Familiarity with tenant and hierarchy management
• Knowledge of identity and access management
