🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds
• Maintain knowledge of events and ticket discounts
• Balance sales activity and revenue regularly
• Assist guests with will-call ticket distribution

📋 Requirements

• Knowledge of Ticketmaster Host and ARCHTICS ticketing systems
• Experience with accurate point-of-sale transactions
• Ability to walk/stand for duration of shift
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends
