💼 About This Role

You'll drive new business and expansion for mid-market companies (100-499 employees) at Notion, a platform that helps teams build beautiful tools for their work. You'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and help define our sales motion. This role requires in-office presence three days a week in Tokyo.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prospect and develop new accounts by educating on Notion's value.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings to understand client challenges.
  • Run product demos and close business at or above quota.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast-growing IT company.
  • Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with executive level relationships.
