🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide crisis support and side-by-side interventions focusing on problem solving and skills training.
• Deliver mobile crisis interventions, stabilization, planning, and evaluations.
• Offer short-term case management including income, insurance, and appointment coordination.
• Complete all necessary paperwork, documentation, and insurance verification within established timeframes.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field
• Experience working with adults, families, or children with severe mental illness
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
