You'll join GoodData's technical leadership group to architect AI-driven capabilities and design production-grade systems that keep ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape. You'll prototype and ship fast, transforming cutting-edge AI into pragmatic product solutions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prototype, implement, and refactor AI features hands-on
• Own and evolve the architecture of AI-driven platform capabilities
• Drive technical direction and decision-making for the AI team
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the overall technical bar

📋 Requirements

• Python proficiency for backend-heavy full-stack development
• Experience designing distributed systems and scalable APIs
• Hands-on with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch and Langfuse
• Strong understanding of production-grade platform engineering

✨ Nice to Have

• Frontend architecture awareness (React, TypeScript)
• Experience with Qdrant or vector databases
• Knowledge of human-in-the-loop system design
