🎯 What You'll Do

• Proactively source passive candidates through communities and niche channels
• Apply and scale AI tools to optimize funnel performance
• Track and optimize sourcing metrics from initial reach to offer
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing strategies

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in proactive sourcing (preferably startup/product)
• Proven track record of finding passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles
• Hands-on with ATS (Ashby) and diverse sourcing tools
• Comfortable with sourcing analytics and data-driven iteration

• Experience in product company environment
