💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a SATCOM SME coordinating system verification and validation of the Telesat Lightspeed LEO network. You'll lead test planning and execution, working with antenna vendors to integrate modem and RF components in a hybrid lab environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop system verification matrices against requirements
• Coordinate and participate in system-level test activities
• Configure RF test equipment for LEO lab testing
• Support antenna vendor integration and reviews

📋 Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical, Computer or Systems Engineering with 20+ years experience
• 10+ years in satellite RF communications with DVB-S2(X)/RCS2
• Hands-on experience with RF test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers)
• Experience with test case and defect tracking tools (Jira, Jama)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Ka band flat panel and aero antenna vendors
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python
• Familiarity with MEF standards
