🎯 What You'll Do

• TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel components to specification
• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Set up and operate grinders, saws, and shop tools
• Inspect welds for quality and dimensional accuracy

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on TIG welding experience with aluminum and stainless steel
• Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
• Basic math skills including fractions and measurements
