You'll empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by providing skills training and supported living services. Your impact will help individuals lead more independent lives through advocacy and person-centered care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and support individuals in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) as a Personal Attendant.
• Teach independent living skills as a Skills Instructor.
• Document daily logs and progress notes per agency standards.

📋 Requirements

• 0-3 years experience with developmental disabilities.
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation.
• CPR/First Aid certification (must maintain).
• Pass background check and TB clearance.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with de-escalation techniques.
• Knowledge of DDS and Regional Center standards.
• Bilingual skills.
