You'll own end-to-end logistics for 11 annual trade shows, integrating physical assets like aircraft mockups and VR activations. You'll work directly with the CMO to build the program at a fast-scaling public aerospace company. This role offers a front-row seat to one of the most ambitious aerospace marketing programs in the industry.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end logistics for 11 trade shows annually.
- Plan booth and activation experiences with CMO and internal teams.
- Coordinate attendee logistics including travel and credentials.
- Track leads, maintain budgets, and report on ROI per show.
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in event coordination or trade show management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors under tight deadlines.
- Experience with large-format booth logistics including freight and venue coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior executives and vendors.
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with aerospace/defense shows like AFA, SOF Week, Oshkosh, Farnborough.
- Experience supporting product launches or major brand activations.
- Exposure to public company communications and IR considerations.
