💼 About This Role

You'll own client relationships for strategic marketplaces and retailers using Topsort's retail media platform. You'll drive adoption and revenue growth through onboarding, optimization, and performance reviews. This role acts as the bridge between product and business outcomes for key clients.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary contact for strategic accounts, guiding onboarding and growth
  • Develop deep understanding of client marketplace model and monetization goals
  • Partner with clients on auction performance and sponsored ad strategy
  • Lead QBRs and performance reviews with data-driven insights

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from top-tier academic institution
  • 3+ years in client-facing roles like account management or consulting
  • Strong analytical mindset to interpret product data into strategy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
