You'll own the SEO strategy for Colibri's Real Estate ecosystem, driving organic traffic and LLM visibility. You'll lead cross-functional alignment with Brand, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver measurable growth. You'll stay ahead of algorithm changes and leverage AI-driven insights.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own overall SEO strategy for the Real Estate ecosystem
• Lead SEO alignment across Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, and Engineering teams
• Deliver technical analyses, metadata recommendations, and optimization plans
• Monitor ecosystem SEO health and share competitive insights

📋 Requirements

• 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proficiency in Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LLM visibility tools such as Evertune
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
