💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the senior technical lead for end-user support across Redwood City and San Francisco, owning complex issues end-to-end. You'll support investment and finance workflows in a Windows-heavy environment and scientists working with AI/ML systems. This role bridges end-user environments and Endpoint Engineering to ensure reliable, performant workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary escalation point for complex macOS, Windows, and Linux issues
• Provide high-touch support for investment professionals and scientists
• Partner with Endpoint Engineering on device management and standards
• Own delivery of small to medium-sized IT projects

📋 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of IT support experience in high-performance environments
• Deep Windows expertise including OS-level troubleshooting and BitLocker
• Strong macOS experience with hardware, OS, and application support
• Hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms like Intune or Workspace ONE

• Experience supporting investment or financial workflows
• Experience with scientific computing, AI/ML, or research environments
• Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, CompTIA)
