You'll engage homeowners through in-person outreach to introduce remodeling services and schedule free demonstrations. You'll drive interest for a top-rated brand with uncapped performance bonuses and advancement into management. This role offers consistent day shifts with PTO from day one.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Engage homeowners in local neighborhoods through direct outreach.
• Introduce remodeling services and special offers conversationally.
• Generate interest and schedule free in-home demonstrations.
• Represent the brand and build rapport with potential customers.

📋 Requirements

• No experience required; must be self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Must be available to work afternoons/evenings (1pm-9pm shifts).
• Must be naturally outgoing and well-spoken for human interaction.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 6-8 hours/day in varying weather.
