Requirements

• Professional background in translation, linguistics, localization, or language education
• Strong command of Chinese (Simplified) and English
• Experience with technical, literary, or media translation a plus
• Clear communication and ability to articulate translation decisions

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and edit AI-generated translations for accuracy and naturalness
• Translate between Chinese and English in both directions
• Annotate errors and provide cultural or contextual explanations
• Suggest improvements to prompts, evaluation methods, and model behavior
• Challenge the model with idiomatic expressions and real-world scenarios
