💼 About This Role

You'll join the People & Culture team to own the full employee experience for a fast-growing beauty startup. You'll lead HR processes, coaching, and L&D initiatives to support a 130-person international team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as primary HR contact for assigned teams
• Own onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and absence management
• Coach managers on people management best practices
• Drive Learning & Development agenda and training programmes

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years HR experience in a startup or scale-up
• Hands-on HR process management end-to-end
• Familiarity with German labour law
• Experience with Personio or similar HRIS

✨ Nice to Have

• German language skills
• Experience with ATS systems like Ashby or Greenhouse
