💼 About This Role

You'll work in the Language and Learning Lab to help ESL students achieve excellence in speaking, writing, reading, and listening. You'll collaborate with ESL experts to design key components of the lab and use WIDA data to create individualized lesson plans. This role stands out for its focus on data-driven instruction and family engagement in a supportive school environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer WIDA assessments and serve as test coordinator.
• Create progress monitoring tools for speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
• Participate in unit planning meetings to embed ELL principles.
• Design daily lessons focusing on vocabulary and idiom instruction.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• TN Elementary K-6 teaching credential or transferable out-of-state credential
• TN English as a Second Language K-12 Endorsement
• Fluency in English
