💼 About This Role

You'll support employee lifecycle processes across four European countries as part of Caseware's global People Operations team. You'll ensure data accuracy in BambooHR and deliver a consistent employee experience. This role offers exposure to multi-country HR operations in an AI-first tech company with a hybrid working model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own HRIS data accuracy in BambooHR across European entities
• Administer leave types and coordinate with payroll
• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Support performance review cycles and new hire check-ins

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years HR operations experience
• Hands-on experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS
• Experience with leave administration and absence management
• Familiarity with European labour law in at least one market

✨ Nice to Have

• Dutch, German, or Romanian employment law knowledge
• Fluency in Dutch or German
• HR certification (PHRi, CIPD, or equivalent)
