📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years of leadership experience in content moderation or trust & safety.
• Strong understanding of sensitive online content areas (hate speech, extremism, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and enforce platform policies consistently.
• Experience analyzing moderation data and performance metrics.
