Description

You will work closely with the President for Türkiye and the Balkans, combining executive assistance with hands-on business execution and commercial support. You'll shadow the President's daily agenda, manage their schedule, and support strategy execution across sales, customer success, and partnerships. This role offers direct exposure to regional leadership and a clear path to broader business or leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
  • Proven experience in executive support, business management, or similar hybrid roles
  • Strong presentation preparation and presentation delivery skills
  • Experience working closely with senior executives
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage complex schedules and multiple stakeholders
  • High level of confidentiality, ownership, and accountability
  • Comfortable operating in a hybrid EA + Business Manager role
  • Able to think strategically while executing operationally
  • Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented
  • Strong follow-through and execution discipline
  • Interested in long-term growth into senior business leadership roles

Responsibilities

  • Work in close alignment with the President, following daily priorities, meetings, and decision-making
  • Manage and optimize the President’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedule
  • Coordinate meeting preparation, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
  • Track action items and ensure execution after executive meetings
  • Act as a gatekeeper and organizer for the President’s time and focus
  • Actively support the execution of the Türkiye Balkans strategy alongside the President
  • Track strategic initiatives, execution plans, and regional targets
  • Ensure follow-up on Sales, Customer Success, Strategic Partnerships, and GTM priorities
  • Support cross-functional coordination to keep execution on track
  • Support sales and pipeline tracking, opportunity follow-ups, and partner coordination
  • Assist with preparation of commercial reviews, dashboards, and reports
  • Gain hands-on exposure to regional commercial execution and deal flow
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, board-style decks, and briefing documents
  • Support the President in presentation preparation and delivery
  • Ensure high-quality storytelling, structure, and clarity in all materials
  • Support leadership and team meeting cadence
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across Türkiye and the Balkans
  • Act as a communication bridge between the President and teams
