You'll design age-appropriate life skills and My Future First curricula for adolescent girls in Kano State, Nigeria. Your work will directly equip girls with practical competencies and future-oriented mindsets. This role offers the chance to create measurable social impact in a community-driven program.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop two structured curricula for girls aged 9–13 and 14–17
• Create practical facilitation materials for Youth Advisory Panel members
• Ensure curricula are gender-responsive and safeguarding-informed
• Incorporate life skills, personal development, and educational support tools

📋 Requirements

• Experience in curriculum development for adolescent girls
• Expertise in gender-responsive and safeguarding-informed content
• Understanding of child marriage prevention and social norms change
• Ability to work in Nigeria and engage with local stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in Kano State or northern Nigeria
• Familiarity with the CIFF ECM project goals
• Background in behavior change communication
