🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver training to chauffeurs on luxury customer experience
• Maintain and create country-specific learning content
• Assess chauffeurs against Wheely Standards and provide feedback
• Collaborate with peers in other regions to improve processes

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a specialised Training role
• Proven track record of delivering engaging training programmes
• In-depth knowledge of MS PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Minimum 2+ years customer-facing experience, preferably luxury

• Experience with Articulate 360 suite
• Passion for luxury vehicles and knowledge of specifications
