You'll drive new business pipeline for Compass's Strategic Growth team by educating agents on contributing to market expansion. You'll partner with agents to identify prospects for the Strategic Growth Managers.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Generate net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Articulate value prop and create qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with SGM and Team Leaders on strategies
  • Analyze addressable market in new geographies

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in SDR, sales, or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal and rapport-building skills
  • Self-starter with ability to handle ambiguity
  • Excellent communication skills for client meetings
