💼 About This Role

You'll support the data science and revenue operations teams in building an efficient GTM muscle at a fast-paced startup. You'll analyze product, sales, and GTM hypotheses, and build utilities to connect data across tools. This role reports directly to the Head of Data Science.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze data on product, sales and GTM hypotheses.
• Translate product, sales and GTM requests into data problems and execute.
• Build utilities to orchestrate and connect data across tools.
• Support data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market team.

📋 Requirements

• Based in Chicago with flexibility to work from office.
• Comfortable with Python and Git (~1 year experience).
• Familiar with Pandas and writing performant code (vectorized operations, parallel processing).
• Able to learn working with different APIs or tools independently.
