💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the finance business partner to BU Leadership, delivering timely financial information and overseeing accounting operations. You'll drive monthly close processes and support budgeting and forecasting for one to multiple Meriton operating companies. This role offers a balance of coaching, delegating, and hands-on contribution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver financial results including month-end close
• Oversee AR Collections and weekly payables run
• Manage revenue and job accounting entries
• Partner with BU leadership on budgets and forecasts

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 10+ years of progressive experience
• CPA certification or progress toward
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365

• Construction industry experience
• Microsoft D365 experience
