Description
You will design and validate managed care payer models, perform financial analysis to evaluate reimbursement methodologies, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve payer reimbursement objectives. The role supports the Payment Strategy team in ensuring adequate payments and advancing innovative payment strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in payer financial modeling and provider payment methodologies
- Skilled in data interpretation, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, provider network, operations, and clinical teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel pivot tables
- Clear communication of complex financial concepts
