Description

You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for Narvar's merchant platform, including governance, entitlements, experimentation, and agentic AI tools. Partner with product teams to drive adoption of shared services that empower merchants and accelerate engineering.

Requirements

• 6+ years product management experience with enterprise platform products at high-scale B2B SaaS
• Track record building shared services and driving adoption across multiple engineering teams
• 4+ years in e-commerce
• Ability to align conflicting stakeholder goals and drive consensus on platform strategy
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year strategy for core platform and shared services
• Own roadmap for platform services like governance, globalization, entitlements, and workflows
• Champion world-class merchant experience creation platform
• Partner with product teams to align platform roadmap with customer needs
• Track and prioritize measurable outcomes for platform adoption and business value
