You'll guide customers in deploying on-premise infrastructure for Filigran's cyber threat management products, conducting health checks and advisory support. You'll ensure reliable platform operations for defense teams worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide customers through on-premise platform deployment and configuration.
• Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate infrastructure technical issues.
• Conduct platform health checks and recommend improvements.
• Write and update architecture documentation.

📋 Requirements

• Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage).
• Practical experience with containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes architecture and Helm-based deployments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.

✨ Nice to Have

• Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
