Description

As an Engineering Specialist on the Starlink production team, you will manage automated equipment, train technicians, and optimize surface-mount assembly processes to achieve high-quality output at scale.

Requirements

• High school diploma and 2+ years in hands-on manufacturing; OR bachelor's in engineering, math, or science
• 2+ years of experience in SMT or PCBA process engineering
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours, overtime, and weekends
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
• Experience with J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 Class 2 is preferred

Responsibilities

• Execute new product introduction builds across work centers
• Program, load, and operate automated equipment
• Design custom fixtures for PCBA to ensure efficient process flow
• Train technicians to run/troubleshoot complex machines
• Perform process development and validation on new models
