🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of Android engineers through mentorship and coaching.
• Define and drive the team's technical roadmap with cross-functional partners.
• Oversee architecture, delivery, and performance of mobile applications.
• Hire and onboard engineers to scale a high-performing team.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing mobile engineering teams of 5 or more.
• 5+ years building and shipping native Android apps in production.
• Experience with mission-critical mobile apps at scale.
• Proven track record of leading complex projects delivery.
