You'll provide urgent behavioral health care through crisis planning and short-term treatment as part of a multidisciplinary CBHC team. You'll make a direct impact by stabilizing clients until ongoing services are in place. This role offers community-based care with a flexible schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Deliver urgent behavioral health care including diagnostic evaluations and crisis planning
• Provide community-based care in office, virtual, or home settings
• Offer solution-focused clinical support and crisis resolution
• Assess safety and develop stabilization-focused treatment plans

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience working with adults with mental illness/substance abuse
• Strong diagnostic skills and crisis intervention competence
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
