💼 About This Role

You'll join BLP Digital's Frontend Platform Team to build shared UI foundations and drive architectural decisions for an AI-powered ERP automation platform. Your work will directly impact thousands of enterprise users across 40+ countries, solving real-world automation challenges with cutting-edge TypeScript and React.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and evolve frontend systems for multiple product teams
• Drive design decisions on component design, state management, and build tooling
• Optimize UI performance using deep browser internals knowledge
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and architectural discussions

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development with strong frontend focus
• Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern frontend architecture
• Strong understanding of browser internals including event loops and Web Workers
• Proven ability to guide teams in architectural decisions to production

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Go or other backend languages
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Background in design system development
