You'll join a global tech transformation company with over 8,000 CI&Ters, providing sustentation support for complex PL/SQL and APEX systems. You'll resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis to ensure operational continuity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate and resolve production issues with urgency.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
• Handle N3 support tickets and escalate as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Oracle PL/SQL development experience.
• APEX Oracle knowledge.
• Experience in sustentation of complex technical solutions.
• Ability to communicate with internal teams and end users.

✨ Nice to Have

• Azure DevOps knowledge.
• Backend skills: Java 11, Spring Boot, JPA, Junit, Mockito.
• Frontend skills: Angular 8+, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
