๐Ÿ’ผ About This Role

You'll architect and own the full customer lifecycle for the Roku Data Cloud, combining pre-sales solution engineering with post-sales value engineering. Your work will directly drive adoption and renewal by designing privacy-safe data collaboration solutions and operationalizing growth engines in Snowflake. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnerships at a leading TV streaming platform.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives to run Technical Discovery across agencies and publishers.
  • Architect privacy-safe RDC solutions including clean room, APIs, and ACR.
  • Standardize implementation kits to reduce time-to-first-activation to โ‰ค30 days.
  • Design and operate human-in-the-loop orchestration for adoption and growth.
  • Co-author at least three cross-partner case studies per year.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.).
  • Proven track record designing data collaboration or programmatic solutions in AdTech.
  • Strong SQL and data modeling; fluency with data warehousing and analytics tooling.
  • Working knowledge of cloud security, privacy, and governance frameworks (VPPA, CPRA, GDPR).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and data delivery patterns (S3, Snowflake shares, APIs).
  • Experience with programmatic activation or identity resolution.
  • Familiarity with Roku's data assets (ACR, RIS, etc.).
