Description

You'll partner with hiring managers to build pipelines for technical roles across engineering, manufacturing, and operations. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, develop creative sourcing strategies, and deliver a standout candidate experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical or engineering roles
• Proven track record closing candidates for complex technical positions
• Experience partnering with hiring managers on role scoping and candidate evaluation
• Strong understanding of engineering skill sets (software, hardware, systems, manufacturing)
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Recruiting Lead and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team goals
• Own full-cycle recruiting from screening to offer
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using research, referrals, and networking events
• Partner with recruiting coordinators and operations for seamless workflow
• Maintain pipeline metrics and provide insights to stakeholders
