🎯 What You'll Do
- Source residential properties through prospecting, research, referrals, and inbound leads
- Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources
- Analyze properties for investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
- Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers
📋 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management
- Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
- Comfort with making fast, data-driven decisions in a high-activity environment
- High level of personal accountability and self-direction
