🎯 What You'll Do

  • Source residential properties through prospecting, research, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Build relationships with homeowners, wholesalers, agents, and other local sources
  • Analyze properties for investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
  • Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers

📋 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management
  • Active real estate license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Comfort with making fast, data-driven decisions in a high-activity environment
  • High level of personal accountability and self-direction
