You'll be the sole product designer, building the design discipline and creating a scalable design system for a mission-driven SaaS platform serving non-profits. Your work will directly shape the user experience and establish foundational processes for the team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to hand-off
• Create and maintain a comprehensive design system
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and leadership on strategy

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience for web and mobile
• Proven track record designing for SaaS products in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining design systems
• Expertise in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or Martech sectors
• Familiarity with Shopify ecosystem
• Experience with Framer or Webflow for marketing websites
