You'll join a team supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency. Your core impact will be developing and refactoring ServiceNow applications, including HR Service Delivery, in an Agile environment. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Utilize Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL for ServiceNow development
• Support discovery and requirements gathering for core ServiceNow functionality
• Implement multiple HR Service Requests within HRSD scope
• Refactor ServiceNow customizations during major updates

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 3-7 years related experience
• 2+ years ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application
• Familiarity with Human Resources business processes
• Experience with business analysis or requirements gathering
