You'll own acquisition strategy for Leaply's digital and physical products, scaling Meta and other ad campaigns across Tier 1 markets. Your core impact is driving revenue growth by optimizing CAC, LTV, and ROI through data-driven testing and automation. You'll collaborate with creative, growth, and product teams to turn insights into measurable results.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch, manage, and scale Meta campaigns across Tier 1 markets
• Track and optimize CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics
• Build automated workflows for campaign management and reporting
• Collaborate with Creative, Growth, and Product teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
• Ability to turn data into action with an analytical mindset
• B2+ English proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Tableau, Airtable, Amplitude, or AppsFlyer
• Experience in Tier 1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia)
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or NotebookLM
