🎯 What You'll Do
- Own success of top enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder structures
- Build relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and end users
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to measurable outcomes
- Lead business reviews communicating value, adoption, and risks
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role with renewal ownership
- Experience supporting enterprise customers with multi-stakeholder orgs
- Background in construction technology or direct construction experience
- Comfort driving adoption through enablement and change management
