🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own success of top enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder structures
  • Build relationships with executive sponsors, champions, and end users
  • Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to measurable outcomes
  • Lead business reviews communicating value, adoption, and risks

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role with renewal ownership
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers with multi-stakeholder orgs
  • Background in construction technology or direct construction experience
  • Comfort driving adoption through enablement and change management

  • Experience with business reviews and executive presentations
  • Familiarity with Fieldwire or similar construction platforms
