🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform as Manager-on-Duty during scheduled shifts
• Supervise, train and coach 2-5 team members
• Lead new hourly staff onboarding and initial training
• Support Store Ops Manager with ordering, inventory control and scheduling

📋 Requirements

• 1 year of supervisory experience in a restaurant or retail store
• Prior in-person interview experience for hourly staff
• Prior POS system experience
• Ability to work a 4-5 day work week including mid-to-late shifts

• MS Office and Word proficiency
• Applicant Tracking System experience
