💼 About This Role

You'll manage global implementations of the Navan travel and expense platform for Enterprise customers, ensuring deployments within 2-4 months. You'll partner with Sales, Technical Integrations, and Product teams to drive a smooth onboarding experience. This role offers direct access to C-suite clients and a fast-paced, dynamic culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Sales to present custom implementation plans to prospects.
• Project manage global implementations from signature to post-go-live hypercare.
• Develop project plans, coordinate deliverables, and ensure timely deployments.
• Train program administrators and end users on Navan's product functionality.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of project management or customer-facing experience.
• Experience managing enterprise implementations.
• Strategic thinking, risk identification, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in French and English (professional).

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in FinTech or corporate travel management.
• Experience with MEDDPICC/Command of the Message.
