🎯 What You'll Do

• Own technical account health and drive automation rates
• Run regular business reviews with customer stakeholders
• Partner with deployment team for clean onboarding handoffs
• Translate customer feedback into structured product input

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical account management or customer success engineering
• Technical fluency with integrations and configuration diagnostics
• Proactive data analysis to act on metrics before customers ask
• Commercial awareness of ARR, renewal risk, and expansion signals
