💼 About This Role

You'll lead the seamless onboarding of Alan's biggest clients, acting as their dedicated specialist during the critical transition phase. You'll build trusted relationships, proactively resolve challenges, and drive internal changes to ensure success. This role is key to Alan's growth strategy, pushing relevant improvements across teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Handle admin requests in a meaningful, delightful, and timely manner
• Lead comprehensive onboarding workshops and hands-on training for HR/Payroll admins
• Manage complex processes including payroll integration, employee affiliation, and billing setup
• Collaborate with Key Account Managers, CS, Ops, Sales, and Engineering teams

📋 Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in French and English
• Customer-facing experience in BtoB roles such as Customer Success or teaching
• Strong problem-solving skills to structure and resolve complex issues
• Excellent organization and time management in a fast-paced environment
