You'll join a cross-functional squad owning a piece of Perk's platform, from understanding customer needs to deployment and impact measurement. You'll architect scalable systems and lead cross-team initiatives to drive reliability and simplicity. You'll mentor others and raise engineering standards across the organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Refine what to build and why alongside product and engineering managers.
• Write design documents and guard technical quality across the team.
• Communicate complex ideas and drive alignment across multiple teams.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and model engineering excellence.

📋 Requirements

• Product Leadership: translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
• System Architecture: designing scalable, evolvable systems and data models.
• Backend Excellence: API versioning, caching, and complex data migrations.
• Operational Maturity: defining SLOs and managing incident responses.
